Why do you cap how many investors you work with in a market?
Two reasons. First, your dollars shouldn't be bidding against another one of our clients on the same keywords. Second, the longer we run your account, the more your conversion data shapes the algorithm, and that learning is yours alone. Splitting it across too many investors would dilute everyone. It is a business model decision, not just a sales pitch. We tell you exactly where your market stands before any commitment.
How fast do I actually hear from a seller?
Most investors get their first inquiry within 14 days of going live. The first 30 to 60 days is the algorithm learning your market. We don't promise overnight magic, but the First Deal Guarantee covers you through 90 days. If it isn't working, we work for free until it does.
What's the minimum ad spend?
We recommend a minimum of $6,000/mo on Google Search and $3,000/mo on YouTube, paid directly to Google. Larger metros and more competitive keywords may need more. We'll tell you the right number for your specific market when you check availability. We'd rather lose the deal than underspend you into a failed launch.
Do I need a video for YouTube already?
No. We hire UGC creators to produce your video ads. Real people, on camera, talking about real situations sellers face. If you'd rather film yourself, we'll send over scripts and shot by shot walkthroughs so you can shoot in an afternoon with just a phone. Either path works.
What happens after I submit the form, do you call me?
